The logical, analytical left and the creative, intuitive right. This state of being expands awareness and the ability to tune into the knowledge of the universe-- elevating our potential as creators, artists, and energetic beings.

Film is a powerful tool that seeps into the conscious and subconscious mind. We recognize and embrace this fact and utilize the tools of sound, music, light, and the human experience to impact the viewer on a vibrational, soul level. 432films aims to use the cinematic experience to uplift, inform, and impact on all creative endeavors.

CHELSEY D’ADESKY

Chelsey is the creative mind behind it all. She started her career working in advertising. With a yearning to explore filmmaking outside of the ad agency bubble, she jetted to London where she earned her master's degree in filmmaking. While in film school, Chelsey was able to write and direct several short films that played in festivals around the world. Chelsey has a desire to tell stories that break the mold and push boundaries. Whether it’s a campaign or a music video, her work challenges us to think bigger than ourselves. She takes the mundane and makes it different.

JOEY FITZSIMMONS

Joey handles all things production and organization. She keeps us in line and on track. She started her career producing large scale events across the US and Europe. In her spare time, she pursued her true passion for film by producing several short films. After moving to LA, Joey made the jump to production full time. Working with digital character Lil Miquela, she was able to explore the limitless world of virtual production. Joey’s true passion lies in supporting creatives and diving into the nitty gritty to help bring visions to life.

ASHLEY NAVID

Ashley is the queen of all things production design and art direction. She takes an idea on a piece of paper and brings it into the physical world. After graduating with her BFA in Interior Architecture, she began working full time at various design and architecture firms in New York City. Looking to expand to other sectors of design, Ashley began working on projects in film where she’s enjoyed creating environments that bring a story to life. With great consideration and attention to detail, Ashley creates a unique visual language that continues to develop and evolve with every project.
